Terms of Service
Last updated September 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of TalKazt, including how Boosts, subscriptions, and creator earnings work, and the rules that keep live audio sessions safe.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TalKazt, including any audio content you record, publish, or broadcast. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use TalKazt.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TalKazt. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You may create and manage multiple creator profiles within the limits offered by the platform. You remain responsible for all content posted through any profile you control.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TalKazt to:
- Record or broadcast content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Upload audio you do not have the right to share, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform, its security features, or the experience of other users.
- Collect information about other users without their consent, or use the platform to send spam.
- Circumvent payment requirements or engage in fraudulent transactions.
5. Audio content and license
You retain ownership of the audio content you create. By publishing or broadcasting content on TalKazt, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and promote the platform.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.
6. Live sessions and replays
Hosts control their own live sessions, including which voice questions they preview and whether to play a question to the audience. Recorded sessions may be processed into replays and made available on the platform.
Because live audio is spoken in real time, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of anything said during a session. Content in live sessions and replays represents the views of the individuals speaking, not of TalKazt.
7. Boosts and subscriptions
Boosts are optional, one-time payments that move a voice question higher in a host's review queue. A Boost does not guarantee that a question will be played; hosts retain full discretion over what airs. If a host blocks or skips a Boosted question, the Boost is refunded.
Subscriptions are recurring monthly payments that support a creator and may unlock perks such as subscriber-only sessions. Subscription prices are set by individual creators, and the price range available on the platform may change.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider and are subject to that provider's terms. Except where required by law or expressly stated in the app, payments are non-refundable.
8. Creator earnings and payouts
Hosting on TalKazt is free. Creators earn from Boosts and subscriptions, less a platform fee that covers audio hosting, processing, and payment costs. The current platform fee is displayed on our Pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice.
To receive payouts, you must connect a payout account with our payment provider and maintain it in good standing. Payouts may be delayed or withheld where we are required to verify your identity, or where we suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms.
9. Moderation and enforcement
We may review reported content and take action we consider appropriate, including warning users, removing content, blocking monetization, suspending or terminating accounts, and issuing refunds where warranted.
We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we reserve the right to do so and to remove anything that violates these Terms or applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
TalKazt and its logos, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.
11. Disclaimers
TalKazt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalKazt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email and update the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of TalKazt after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Contact us
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us through the Contact page in the app.
